Test 1 (14.1)

- Find out whether a support service is available in the application.
- If this is the case, look for documentation in the application.
- Identify the presence in the documentation of
- a description of the accessibility features offered by the application;
- a description of the complex components for which special management is in place depending on the assistive technology;
- explanations of how to use these functions (where they are located, how to activate them);
- a description of the elements that do not comply or are not compatible with certain assistive technologies, and the presence of alternatives where appropriate.
- Check that the support service provides information about these features.
- If this is the case, the criterion is validated.
