15.2 Does each application that supports two-way voice communication have real-time text communication functionality?

1. Check that the application allows two-way voice communication.
2. If it does, check that there is a real-time text function (it may sometimes be necessary to activate a dedicated parameter in the application to enable real-time text).
3. If this is the case, the criterion is validated. If the information cannot be found in the interface or its documentation, and the editor of the application is unable to answer about this technical characteristic, the criterion will be considered non-compliant.
