Official methodology to test criterion 10.10
Test 1 (10.10.1)
- Find in the document the information for a text given by its shape, size or position.
- For each piece of information given by shape, size or position, check that the alternative means of retrieving this information is relevant, i.e. that it allows the information to be transmitted in all viewing contexts and for all users.
- If this is the case for each piece of information, the test is validated.
Test 2 (10.10.2)
- Find in the document the information for an image given by its shape, size or position.
- For each piece of information given by its shape, size or position, check that the alternative means of retrieving this information is relevant, i.e. that it allows the information to be transmitted in all viewing contexts and for all users.
- If this is the case for each piece of information, the test is validated.
Test 3 (10.10.3)
- Find in the document the information for a time-based media given by its shape, size or position.
- For each item of information given by shape, size or position, check that the alternative means of retrieving this information is relevant, i.e. that it allows the information to be transmitted in all viewing contexts and for all users.
- If this is the case for each piece of information, the test is validated.
Test 4 (10.10.4)
- Find in the document the information for a non-time-based media given by its shape, size or position.
- For each item of information given by shape, size or position, check that the alternative means of retrieving this information is relevant, i.e. that it allows the information to be transmitted in all viewing contexts and for all users.
