How to test criterion 16.3 “Does the documentation provided by the support service comply with the digital accessibility rules?”
Official methodology to test criterion 16.3
Test 1 (16.3.1)
- Identify the presence of documentation provided by the help desk.
- For each item of documentation, check
- if it is a web page (HTML, CSS), that it complies with the RAWeb;
- if it is an office document in PDF format, that it complies with the PDF accessibility assessment framework (RAPDF);
- in the case of a non-web document that is not in PDF format, that it complies with the criteria of section 10 Non-web documents of European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1.
- If this is the case, the test is validated.
