Mechanism enabling to activate an accessibility feature

Interface component or set of interface components used to activate a feature that takes into account one or more adaptation needs of the interface. For example: a button enabling to display a screen with compliant contrasts or a button enabling to increase paragraph spacing.

We also talk about a set of components when, in some interfaces, the component that enables the feature to be activated is only made available once one or more other components have been activated. For example: a button can be used to display a modal window, which itself contains a button that can be used to display a screen with the correct contrast. In this case, the button that displays the modal window and the button that activates the display of compliant contrasts together constitute the mechanism.

This mechanism must keep the content and features of the application or screen it modifies unchanged.
