For private companies

Make accessibility part of how your company ships

Since June 2025, the European Accessibility Act turns accessibility into an obligation of result for many products and services. CheckFox helps your teams reach it and keep it.

Compliance is now measured by the experience, not the effort

If you sell to consumers in the European Union, e-commerce, consumer banking, transport booking, telecoms and media services are squarely in scope of the EAA. The requirements build on EN 301 549 and the WCAG success criteria.

A single audit before launch is not enough. Every release can introduce or fix issues, so accessibility has to live inside your delivery cycle, not beside it.

Why companies choose CheckFox

Anticipate the EAA

Audit against RAWeb, RGAA, RAAM, RAPDF or WCAG, the same frameworks the EAA relies on through EN 301 549, and know exactly where you stand.

Track every release

Create a new audit version each time the product changes, carry forward what was already done and prove progress over time.

Cover the full journey

Map a complete user journey across web, mobile, PDF and email, and see one coverage score for the experience your customers actually use.

How it fits your workflow

  1. Audit your product

Run audits across your sites, apps and documents against the standard that applies to you.

  2. Fix with context

Each issue comes with visual evidence and clear recommendations your teams can act on.

  3. Keep it compliant

Version each release and generate accessibility statements, so conformance is continuous rather than a one-off.

The cost of exclusion

How much reach are you leaving on the table?

When a site is hard to use, some customers simply give up and buy elsewhere. Estimate what that could represent, then turn it into reach you win back.

Up to about 1 in 6 people live with a disability. Set the share you think cannot currently complete a purchase.

Revenue at risk per month

€7,000

Revenue at risk per year

€84,000

Reach you could win back€84,000

Illustrative estimate only. The real figure depends on the actual barriers on your site, which an audit reveals.

Frequently asked questions

Does the EAA apply to my company?
If you place a covered product or service on the EU market, it most likely does, wherever your company is based. Microenterprises providing services benefit from a lighter regime.
We already passed an audit. Are we done?
Accessibility changes with every release. Conformance is assessed on the live experience, so it needs to be tracked over time rather than certified once.
Which standard should we target?
RAWeb 1.1 and the upcoming RGAA 5 are currently the closest to full EN 301 549 conformance. CheckFox supports these along with WCAG, RAAM and RAPDF.
