Pay for several workspaces from one Enterprise workspace, on one subscription and one invoice.

How it works

An Enterprise workspace (the paying workspace) buys places: one place lets one other workspace (a child) use a plan (Enterprise, Pro, Starter) or an add-on. Everything is on the paying workspace's subscription: one invoice, one renewal date, one billing cycle.

  • Each place costs the list price of its plan or add-on. A Free child takes no place.
  • One level only: a child cannot pay for others, and an Enterprise child gets no free linked Pro workspace. That free Pro workspace is listed with the group, without a place.
  • The invoice is issued to the paying workspace's company and VAT number. Its footer lists the workspaces per plan.

Buy places with Enterprise

On the Enterprise card in Billing & Plan, open Add workspaces to my group (from Free, it is the Enterprise for a group? step before payment) and set the number of places. Places can also be added later.

Manage the group

On the paying workspace, Billing & Plan, card Group workspaces:

  • Change places: added places are charged at once, prorated; removed places are credited on the next invoice. A place in use cannot be removed.
  • Create a workspace: a new child you own.
  • Bring an existing workspace: one you own or moderate, not personal. If it still pays its own plan, it joins when that period ends (place reserved meanwhile; its own subscriptions stop). Cancel join stops that.
  • Change: another plan or add-ons, within free places.
  • Remove from group: the child moves to Free, data kept. The place stays paid.

A child's Billing & Plan names the paying workspace and offers no purchase.

When the paying workspace stops paying

A failed payment marks every child overdue too. Moving to Starter or Pro is blocked while the group has places or workspaces. Cancelling to Free asks for a confirmation naming every child; when it ends, every child moves to Free and leaves the group.
